Our Town Fall Festival & Country Show

We are planning our 6th annual festival!  Our Town is an outdoor event for people of all ages located on Willard Intermediate North Schoolgrounds at 407 Farmer Road in Willard.  We have traditional fall foods, activities, crafts, and an entertainment stage. Click below on VENDOR TABLE link to see who will be setting up their cool stuff. We limit direct sales to one booth per brand.

Remember the Baked Pie Contest. Entertainment schedule is below. The annual Ping Pong Ball drop happens at 12:30.

We are looking for cute vintage campers in any stage of re-modeling as well as show ready complete ones. Goodies especially for our Vintage camper vendors:

    In case weather is inclement, we will move event inside. We are hoping 2019 will once again be a gorgeous, sunny festival day.  There's warm drinks for the morning chill and cold drinks for when the weather warms things up. Caramel apples, Bar-b-que, all the foods of fall.

    Pie Baking Contest

    Bring your baked pie to the Pie Table next to the stage.   Check in 9:30-10:30. Judging will take place at 10:45  Prizes awarded at 11:15.  Enter baked pie in 1 of 3 categories (Fruit, Cream, Other). No pre-registration necessary.


    Prizes will be awared to first, second, and third place bakers in each of the three categoires.  
    Entertainment Stage

    We love our entertainment stage! We are welcoming back Detour Dance Band and looking forward to hosting four area artists & groups for the first time on our festival stage.  Be sure to stop and take a seat to listen to see who's on stage when you are here.

    We are looking forward to 93 booths here this weekend. The weather forecast is looking perfect. Check out the "Vendors" tab on the right to see who all we have coming. Remember the Baked Pie Contest. Entertainment schedule is below. Ping Pong Ball drop happens at 12:15! We have the best prizes ever this year.

    Our 4th annual Our Town Fall Festival & Country Show will feature a new twist for 2017....a vintage camper expo!  Hours this year will be 9:00am-3:00pm. Our Town Fall Festival is an outdoor 
    event for people of all ages located on our WIS school grounds.  Look for traditional fall foods, activities, crafts, and country junk all to be enjoyed in the Ozarks fall air. A stage for entertainment will be a part of the festivities.  Get your fall mums...shop for Christmas, and everything in between.

    Admission is free!  

    We are no longer accepting vendors...that deadline is passed.  Food Vendor apps were due by Fri, Oct. 6.  Craft and other Vendors were due Wed, Oct. 11.


    New this year is a Vintage Camper Expo!

    Come out with your cute camper in any stage of re-modeling...it's fun to see works in progress.

    Register for the 5th annual WIS 5K Color Run.  The run begins at 8:00 am behind WIS. Get your Color Run Registration Form turned in by Oct 14 to guarantee a t-shirt!  Runners receive a goody bag and will finish just in time to be first in line for the best deals of the day at our vendor booths.  Our Color Run is officially timed by ActNow and includes the usual ribbons for 1st-3rd places in age categories shown on the registration page.  All money raised will go to both Willard Children's Charitable Fund and Mercy Burn Unit.

    We are currently accepting vendors until Oct 12.  Booths are 10'x10' and only $20.  Electricity is $5 extra.

    Cute cowboy/cowgirl Stage Parade for ages 5 & under takes place on stage at 12:30.  No pre-registration necessary!

    Color Run 5K

    Register for the 4th Annual WIS 5K Color Run. This year's event will be in conjunction with Our Town Fall Festival & Craft Show and begins at 8 am. Get your pre-registration form turned in by Oct. 14 to guarantee you get a t-shirt.   Runners receive a shirt to run in, and a goody bag.  You'll finish just in time to be first in line for best deals of the day at our vendor booths.  Our Color Run is officially timed by Act Now, and includes the usual ribbons for 1st-3rd places in age categories shown on the registration page.  All money raised will go to both Willard Children's Charitable Fund and the St. John's Burn Unit.
